In February the Mighty Girls Club will be discussing Witness by Karen Hesse, a Newbery Award winner that is a poetic tale based on real historic events about friendship, fanaticism, and the deadly undercurrents of racial prejudice If you're interested in signing your child up, register online here or give us a call at the library. If you don't finish the book, kids can still join us to meet everyone and get the next book!
