Finance Department

The Finance Department is responsible for the administration, direction and coordination of all financial services of Lansing. The Director of Finance serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the city. Financial planning and analysis, budget administration, treasury and investment management, accounting, purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, comprehensive annual financial reporting, internal auditing, municipal court and utility billing are all functions of the Finance Department.
