Municipal Court

The Municipal Court is the judicial branch of City government. It has jurisdiction over traffic, city code and certain criminal misdemeanor violations committed within the city of Lansing.

Regular court sessions are held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month, beginning promptly at 8:30 a.m. in the Lansing City Hall Council Chambers. Trials and other court matters are heard on the third Friday of each month, also beginning at 8:30 a.m.
