Friends of the Library - February Donation Day

The next Donation Drop-Off Day will be on Saturday, February 18th from 10am - Noon. The Friends accept donations for the Book Sale Nook in the library and the Annual Book Sale held in April during their regularly scheduled Donation Drop-Off days.

They do accept:

• Books in clean and in like new condition.
• Books must be fairly new editions or must be well known titles/authors.
• Items of local interest will be considered on individual merit.
• DVDs

Due to space limitation and other factors, they do not accept any of the following items:

• Encyclopedias, manuals, or textbooks
• Medical information books
• Magazines
• Dirty or moldy books
• Water damaged books
• VHS tapes & Cassettes

Gifts or donations of books/materials are accepted with the understanding that they may be used or dispensed of as the Friends of the Library determines is appropriate. These items may be sold in the on-going books sale, given away, recycled, or otherwise dispensed at the discretion of the Friends of the Library. Gifts made to the library become the sole property of the Friends of the Library.
