UPDATED! 2024 LANSING VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR NOMINATIONS TIMELINE EXTENDED

UPDATED! The city of Lansing seeks nominations to recognize a local volunteer who demonstrates a commitment to volunteerism and who is actively engaged in serving the community. The volunteer must be a resident of Lansing and/or live within the USD 469 school district boundaries.

Nomination forms for the 2024 Lansing Volunteer of the Year are available in paper form and online. The form explains the criteria for choosing the volunteer of the year. The deadline to submit nomination forms is now Fri., November 22, 2024. The forms can be picked up at the Parks and Recreation Office, 108 S. 2nd St. or accessed at www.lansingks.org.  Completed forms can be submitted at the Parks and Recreation Office, 108 S. 2^nd St. or emailed to the contact listed below. The Volunteer Recognition Dinner is now scheduled to take place on Tues., January 7, 2025.
