THE 2023 LANSING FALL FESTIVAL IS OCTOBER 14

The Lansing Fall Festival takes place on Sat. Oct. 14, 2023. This year’s event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. along and near Angel Falls Trail, located by St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 900 Ida St. Admission is free. Attendees will enjoy a variety of fall specialties: food and craft vendors as well as musical performers.

Pumpkin decorating at the Lansing Community Library tent will be featured; the Library also has information about an annual solar eclipse, which will take place during our event. Solar protection glasses are recommended. Go to www.eclipse.aas.org for information. Musical acts scheduled include fan favorite harpist Wujeong Duncan, located along Angel Falls Trail. 14-year old Miles Timm will perform – also known as “DJ Miles.” He will perform on stage throughout the day. Lansing Cub Scout Troop 3165 will showcase their 35 ft. long Pinewood Derby track. A “Laughable Dog” costume contest will make its return. It’s $15 to register your pooch with proceeds going to the Leavenworth Co. Humane Society. There will be several kid-friendly activities including free pony rides, face painting, balloon art and magic/juggling shows. More than 70 vendors will be located along the Trail and near the Church for your browsing pleasure. 

Shuttle service will be available from the Lansing Intermediate School (450 W. Mary St.) Attendees are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the free shuttle, which will run every 15 minutes. Onsite parking will be limited.

The Lansing Community Library and the Activity Center will be closed on Sat., Oct. 14 in support of this event. Please note: The Lansing Fall Festival will take place rain or shine.
