Construction of the Lansing Aquatic Center

Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of an aquatic center facility. Bid proposals are to be delivered to City of Lansing, KS 800 1st Terr. Lansing, KS 66043 before 2:00 pm local standard time on the 15th day of February, 2024.

Project Description: Construction of a new outdoor aquatic center, consisting of a swimming pool having a water surface area of 8,840 sq. ft. Water features include one-meter springboard diving, lazy river, large water slides, a spray pad, water spray features, and other related items.

Building structures include a bathhouse and a filter building. Site work includes parking, walks, fencing, concrete deck, and other site related work.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 31st, 2024, to be held
at City Hall; 800 1st Terrace, Lansing, KS.
