Employment Selection Process

The City of Lansing will review all application materials submitted. Based on the knowledge, skills, and abilities described in these materials, the most qualified candidates for the position will be identified. Only the most qualified candidates will continue on in the selection process, which may consist of written exercises, panel interviews, or other testing appropriate to the position. Participation in the selection process is not guaranteed for all applicants meeting the minimum qualifications.
